Ayurveda Skin + Wellness
Ayurveda is an ancient healing system from India, and it’s all about balance.
Your body, your mind, your routines, and yes… your skin. According to Ayurveda, your skin is a mirror of what’s going on inside. So if you're feeling out of whack, your skin probably is too.
In Ayurveda, we each have a unique blend of energies called doshas that include, Vata (air), Pitta (fire), and Kapha (earth). These doshas shape your skin type and how it responds to stress, seasons, food, and even emotions. When your doshas are in balance, your skin glows. When they’re not? You might see dryness, breakouts, redness, or dullness.
That’s where holistic skin care comes in. I use Ayurvedic principles, organic oils, and herbs to support your dosha, calm your nervous system, and help your skin heal in a way that actually feels good. It’s not just about fixing your skin it’s about understanding it, working with it, and creating beauty from the inside out.
New to Ayurveda? No worries, I’ll guide you every step of the way.
