Hi, I’m Kayla

Holistic Esthetician, Educator, and Ayurvedic Skincare Specialist.

My journey in skincare began in 2008, when what started as a spark of interest quickly revealed itself as a lifelong calling. Over the years, my path has woven together hands-on practice, education, and a deep reverence for the body’s innate wisdom. That journey eventually brought me full circle returning to the institute where I trained, this time as a full-time instructor. Since 2019, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring future estheticians, helping them build confidence, refine their skills, and connect with a more intuitive, purpose-driven approach to skincare.

My work has evolved beyond traditional studio-based services into something more expansive and aligned. I now offer holistic facial experiences for events, retreats, and special gatherings, bringing apothecary-style skincare into intentional spaces. Each experience is rooted in botanical ingredients, Ayurvedic wisdom, and intentional touch designed to nourish the skin while supporting rest, presence, and nervous system balance.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment, my approach is slow, sensory, and deeply personalized. I believe skincare can be both grounding and transformative, a way to reconnect with the body, soften the mind, and restore a sense of inner radiance.

I’m also a proud mom to a curious, adventurous 10-year-old, and motherhood has profoundly shaped the way I show up in my work. It’s deepened my desire to nurture women whether through skincare experiences, education, or mentorship and to create spaces where they feel seen, supported, and empowered.

I’m endlessly fascinated by healing, energy, and the intelligence of the body. Through everything I do, my mission remains the same: to help others trust their intuition, feel at home in their skin, and move through life with confidence and ease.

As an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, my approach to skin care goes far beyond the surface.

Why Ayurveda?

My passion for Ayurveda runs deeper than skin. It’s a way of seeing the world, a philosophy that has profoundly shaped how I understand beauty, healing, and self-care. Long before I ever stepped into a treatment space, I was a seeker, curious about the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Ayurveda gave me language for that connection.

As an esthetician, I often felt something was missing in conventional skincare. It felt surface-level, focused on symptoms rather than the story beneath them. When I discovered Ayurveda, it felt like finding the missing piece. Beauty was no longer about products or technique alone, but about balance, rhythm, nourishment, and honoring each person’s unique constitution.

That discovery changed everything.

A Path Rooted in Study, Practice & Teaching

Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in Ayurvedic study earning my Ayurvedic Wellness Coach certification, completing extensive training in Ayurvedic facial therapies, and learning from teachers who bridge classical wisdom with modern application. Through this work, I learned how to read the subtle signs of imbalance in the skin and body, how to craft treatments from scratch using herbs and oils, and how to work with people in a way that feels both intuitive and grounded.

Equally important has been sharing this wisdom.

Since 2019, I’ve been a full-time instructor, guiding future estheticians and introducing them to a more holistic, soul-centered approach to skincare. Teaching Ayurveda has been one of my greatest honors showing students that there is another way to care for the skin, one rooted in wholeness, reverence, and ancient truth.

What Lights Me Up

What lights me up most is helping others see the skin not as a problem to fix, but as a messenger, a sacred organ that reflects our inner world. Ayurveda teaches us that the skin speaks the language of digestion, emotion, routine, and environment.

My work now is centered on helping people listen to that language.

Whether I’m offering holistic facial experiences at retreats and gatherings, mentoring estheticians, or holding space in a deeply intentional treatment, my goal is the same: to support reconnection, to the body, to nature, and to one’s own inner rhythm.

I return again and again to this truth:

Healing begins when we remember we are nature.

That is the heart of Ayurveda and the foundation of everything I offer.

Follow the journey.
